Highly sought after South Eugene is an art rich area with wonderful schools. With it's legendary rolling hills it makes for a great place to find homes with gorgeous views. With South Eugene having so much to offer it is usually a higher priced area for homes.

Located in the heart of Eugene, you will find that most homes are close to everything you would need.  Many of the homes have great views and embrace the unique Eugene culture. College Hill is generally on the higher end of home prices but, you can usually  find some middle of the road mixed in.

Just ousdde of Eugene, Coburg is a sweet little town with a cuntry feel. Only 10 minutes from Costco and Winco makes it great for those who want the country feel without being too far out. This area usually has a higher price tag but for good reason.

Great schools, low crime and high walkablity makes this a wonderful neighborhood. North Gilham is one of the fastst growing neighborhoods where you can find a lot of new construction.  Home to the largest and most impressive christmas light display this neighborhood has a wonderful sense of comunity. This area is on the mid-high end for homes. 

Southwest Eugene is great for those who are looking for country living close to wineries, beautiful scenery and privacy. This area covers residential and rural with a touch of some industrial so, it is a mixed bag of home prices with pockets of high end.

With a vast amout of family friendly activities and parks this city is great for anyone wanting an exceptional place to live. Springfield is home to both of the region's top hospitals,  the historic Washburne District and has the McKenzie River running right through it. 

Located just south of Eugene between Pleasant Hill and Cottage Grove, Creswell is a small town with big potential. Locals enjoy the famous Creswell Bakery, Tuesday farmer's market and being a few minutes from Abbelone Vinyard and Saginaw Winery. This small town has both rural and residential living to offer.

This Charming city is home to the annual Scandinavian festival, Daffodil festival and the rodeo. Junction City is a specail town only 9 minutes from the Eugene Airport and just south of Corvallis. Great for rural living this area has wide open spaces for farming and expansive views of the valley. Being on the outskirts of Eugene JC is a mixed bag of real estate.

Home of the historic covered bridges AND two time recipiant of the 'All American Town' award, this is a great place for rural living. Only 30 minutes south of Eugene/ Springfield, Cottage Grove has that small town feel. Boasting beautiful parks, regular live music and it's own theatre for performing arts, this town is a diamond in the rough.

Just 30 minutes from all of the Eugene amenities, Florence really does have it all. If you are looking for a costal home this city might be the perfect fit! Florence is Oregon's Coastal Playground with its rolling sand dunes, miles of beaches, charming boutiques and antique shops, and delicious seafood.
